About me
I came to this work through movement, but I stayed because of relationship.
My background includes personal training, Pilates, nutritional therapy, and health coaching. These disciplines inform my work — but they don’t define it.
What guides my practice is presence: creating a space where women feel safe enough to reconnect with their body, explore their health with curiosity rather than judgment, and move toward strength and understanding at their own pace.
How I work?
My approach is integrated, woman-centred, and guided by presence.
I don’t see the body, biology, and inner world as separate systems — they are always in conversation. Our work together reflects that.
Presence first
Every session begins with listening. Feeling safe, met, and unhurried is not a bonus — it’s the foundation for meaningful change.
Movement as connection
Movement is often where we begin. Not to correct or push, but to build awareness, strength, and trust from the inside out. Movement becomes a way of listening to your body rather than controlling it.
Nourishment with compassion
Nutrition and physiology are explored without rigid rules or moral language. Instead, we focus on understanding your body’s needs so information becomes supportive — not another thing to get right.

These sessions offer personalised, whole-person support. Each session may include movement, conversation, and exploration of nutrition or health patterns, depending on what feels most supportive in the moment.
You don’t need to know what you need before you arrive. We work that out together.
