My services are designed for women who want support that honours the whole picture — body, biology, and inner world — without reducing health to rules, targets, or fixes.
You don’t need to choose the right modality before you begin. We work relationally and responsively, meeting what’s most alive and supportive for you.
How it works
Step 1 — Initial Consultation
90 minutes · £140
A clear starting point to understand your body, health history, movement, and physiology.
Step 2 — Ongoing 1:1 Support
60-minute sessions · from £80 per session
Integrated movement, nutrition, and health support, tailored to you.
Most clients choose a 6- or 12-session programme for continuity and depth.

This session gives us a shared understanding of your body and health and helps us decide the best way forward.
Step 2 — 1:1 Body‑Centred Health Support
Ongoing, integrated support tailored to you.
Sessions may include movement, conversation, and nutrition support, depending on what’s most relevant at the time.
60 minutes
Pricing: - Single session: £90 - 6‑session programme: £510 (£85 per session) - 12‑session programme: £960 (£80 per session)
Programmes are designed to support continuity and meaningful change over time.

Nutrition & Physiology Support
This offering supports women who want to understand their body’s biology without fear, rigidity, or moral pressure.
Rather than prescribing rules or protocols, we explore how your body works and what it’s asking for — so information becomes supportive rather than overwhelming.
This may be supportive if you: - Feel confused by contradictory nutrition or hormone advice - Want evidence-based information delivered with compassion - Are seeking clarity around energy, digestion, or cycles
Nutrition is always explored in context — alongside your life, stress, movement, and capacity.
Functional testing & supplements
Where appropriate, private functional testing and personalised supplement guidance may be recommended as part of your programme.
Testing and supplements are optional and based on clinical relevance
Any costs are additional and discussed in advance
I do not recommend unnecessary testing or long-term supplementation
Movement Support
Movement is often where connection begins.
These sessions focus on building strength, mobility, and body awareness through a calm, attentive approach. Movement is used as a way of listening to the body — not correcting or forcing it.
This option may be right for you if you: - Want to feel stronger and more at ease in your body - Have felt disconnected or cautious around movement - Prefer a primarily physical entry point, with space for reflection
While these sessions are movement-led, they are still held within a relational, whole-person framework.
